The Dunluce concrete roof tile is a variation of the Causeway thin leading-edge tile, with an impression line down the middle making it look like two tiles. What is known as a mock bond tile or a duo tile. When laid on a roof the mock bond impression gives the Dunluce the appearance of a smaller plain tile when fitted. The headlap can be increased to 225mm to further enhance its small tile appearance but with considerable savings on other materials like batten and fixings.
